The Railway Bell is run by Kirsten & Steve Roy who were former winners of the Evening Standard Pub of the Year Award in 1997
during their time running the The White Swan in Twickenham. Continuing this successful trend the pub has recently been voted one of the Top 10 Beauty Spots of Richmond Borough in the July '08 edition of The Richmond Magazine.
